At School, my favourite subject was Art. Painting and making of anything,I loved it. As I grew up, my career took me all over Europe and in a very different direction, and it was not until I ran the family business in the brewing industry, that I realised I needed something to help me ‘switch off’ and ‘relax’ especially at the weekends. So I took myself off to The Handmade Fair at Ragley Hall and picked loads of different crafting platforms to try, and to be honest, I loved them all. The spark of creating was still alive and once again, I was hooked.

I spent my weekends creating handmade gifts and cards for my family and friends for all occasions, and as time has gone by, my passion, and crafting room, has grown significantly! There is nothing better than seeing something you have created bring a smile to someone’s face! And that’s when I realised this was what I wanted to do…Make people smile! And so LillyB was born.

Card making, Folkit Art, wood burning and calligraphy are just af ew of the crafts I love to use – and I am hoping that when the world has healed from this Covid pandemic, I can offer craft classes for you too to enjoy. Until then, I hope you enjoy looking through my handmade cards and other trinkets, all of which have been handmade with love and care.
